If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at support@rcdumbthumbs.com or call us at 713-875-0986 for an RMA# and return instructions. Any returned item must be in unused condition and with it's original packaging and paperwork. Contact for this issue must be made within 14 days.
If a product has been used, and does not perform up to standards, it may be guaranteed by the manufacturer. For example, FlightPower batteries. Each battery is covered by a three month general warranty, so always be sure and keep your guarantee, which comes in the package, and your shipping receipt in a safe place so that you can contact the manufacturer if you have a problem.
Helicopter kits must be unused and unassembled. Please be aware that RC helicopters require some mechanical ability to build and patience to fine tune for premier performance, so if you are not inclined to enjoy doing so, heli flying may not be for you.
And, most importantly, if a package arrives at your door showing damage examine it carefully, and refuse delivery if the contents show any problems and contact us.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. No returns will be made after 14 days.
RC Dumbthumbs, its owners or employees, makes no guarantee about the safety of any product it sells. Please remember that RC Helicopters are not a toy. Use, or most especially missuse of any helicopter or its parts can cause injury or even death. They are intended for use by adults with experience flying RC Helicopters. Chargers and batteries and any other electrical equipment should be used by adults, carefully using the instructions available from the manufactures. Caution and awareness can help assure you of safe and enjoyable participation in the sport of RC helicopter flying. Stay safe!
